Legislative History of the Convention of the Rights of the ChildIn June 2007, the UN announced the publication ”Legislative History of the Convention on the Rights of the Child” , in 2 volumes and a CD. The covers of these volumes show a sample of children´s paintings from the Tree of Life collection. Via the website of Save the Children, Swede www.rb.se/bookshop viewers all over the world will now find their way o the treasures of the Tree of Life www.treeoflife.se

During 2004-2007 all the material of Tree of Life were professionally registered, photographed and computerized by the Archive and is now accessible for research and publishing in contexts related to the ideas behind the Tree of Life and to the Rights of the Child as agreed upon in tne Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Thanks to Sylvia Lindstöm's efforts and energy, in 2003 new pictures were collected from Brazil, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Peru and Venezuela. Collecting the pictures was done in conjunction with the Save the Children Sweden, Latin America office.
